DocExport for OnBase
DocExport is an on-premise, customer licensed add-on for OnBase and INFO-ACCESS that allows users to export targeted document sets without removing them from the system. Ideal for audit requests, legal needs, or selective retrieval, this tool gives you control over what gets exported and how.
What it Does:
Custom Queries: Filter exports by document type group, document type, keywords, and date ranges.
Multiple Formats Supported: Export scanned image documents as PDF or multipage TIFF. COLD reports export uncompressed, and all other formats retain their native file types (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.).
Flexible Output Structure: Optionally organize exported files into folders based on selected keyword values.
Access Controls with AD Integration: When using Active Directory (AD) Authentication, users only see the document types they are authorized to access.
Reusable Configurations: Save export settings for future use.

Metadata Integrity Review
Metadata Integrity Review is a pre- or post-conversion validation service that scans ECM platforms for missing or inconsistent index values. The goal is to ensure every document is properly indexed, discover anomalies before migration, and reduce downstream data loss.
What it Does:
Performs metadata audits across selected document types
Exports index values to Excel or flat file reports
Identifies duplicate, missing, or misaligned fields
Flags documents for manual remediation
Why It Matters:
ECM systems are only as strong as their metadata. Incomplete or misaligned index values can result in documents becoming unsearchable or noncompliant. This service ensures your data foundation is sound.
